Let your yoga begin

My yoga journey started a little over a decade ago, just with asanas or physical postures. And now, it's become a way of living for me and my family!

Asanas are just one aspect that most of us start with, but I promise, you leave each session with so much more! My classes are a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. And the structure of each session is primarily based on each client's requirements and goals. There's a lot of detail included such as body alignment, breathing technique, and mindfulness for each practice.

Having my MBA, I was in corporate finance for a long time. I am a mother of two. The reason I mentioned this is I know we all have some of the other challenges in each phase of life, so making the best of our fitness session becomes especially important for our physical and mental health.
