Shweta Jain is a biotechnologist turned certified yoga instructor and counselor who earned a second masters in behavioral psychology. She deeply believes that yoga renders benefits beyond one’s expectations if one commits to the practice. Yoga helped Jain recover from a severe lower back injury and depression, while making her more mindful and self-aware. She specializes in teaching hatha yoga safely and effectively using proper body alignment, and helping people develop the habit of mindfulness with real-time application in everyday life. Jain uses a combination of yoga and behavioral psychology to help people heal from chronic stress, anxiety, and various illnesses, in addition to changing negative behavioral patterns, improving their relationships, and more, by working at the root level. Her teaching approach is non-judgmental, non-competitive, and she encourages students to become better versions of themselves.
