When I practiced yoga religiously, I noticed a remarkable improvement not only in my physical health but also in my mental health. This motivated me to shift from designing furniture to designing people's lives using yogic tools and techniques. During my free time, I enjoy reading, learning new things, interacting with new people, and illustrating. Yoga is something I practice both on and off the mat. Together, let's make yoga a lifestyle.

Great first time visit with this instructor. The combination of affirmations with the Yin Yoga is very powerful for me. The quote from the Comfort book brought tears to my eyes.
