Namaste Everyone I am Shubhangi Singhania, my yoga journey began in the land of yoga Rishikesh. Afterward, I studied yoga psychology at the Yoga Institute in Mumbai. When I practiced yoga religiously, I noticed a remarkable improvement not only in my physical health but also in my mental health. This motivated me to shift from designing furniture to designing people's lives using yogic tools and techniques. During my free time, I enjoy reading, learning new things, interacting with new people, and illustrating. Yoga is something I practice both on and off the mat. Together, let's make yoga a lifestyle.
