I started my yoga journey with Mamta Mam around a year ago and it was my best decision ever. There is no looking back. Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation I feel for her. She has been a great motivator and guide in changing my outlook towards my body and mind. Her passion for yoga and her dedication to her students is unmatchable. I have learned so much from her. She instills an atmosphere of kindness and acceptance in her classes that intrigues students to improve more each day.
