What a lovely class. Will definitely do this class again. I am sorry that she will be away for two weeks, but I look forward to taking the class with other teachers, too. 10 out of 10--would love to do this class again!

Awesome Class. Namrata is very interactive and very detailed. felt good after the class. Wish we had weight training class on weekends
