Hey, this is Bodhi Abhishek, and I'm a 500-hours certified yoga instructor who lives in the Yoga capital of the world- Rishikesh, India. I have completed my MSc in Yoga & Consciousness, and today I vigorously enjoy teaching yoga to many national and international students. I teach Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga, with various addons like - Active/Passive Meditation and therapeutic Pranayama techniques. Thanks to Bodhi Ji, this Wednesday's Meditation session gave us students an opportunity to focus more attention on the mantra we were reciting, while simultaneously focusing on our third eye. Since Bodhi only guided us with a few reminders to focus during the session, it became more of a challenge for me to keep my focus iinside"! In a strange way, that is actually helpful.

This was a great meditation session with Bodhi. I was so relaxed and calm. I should play these types of meditations at night, to go to sleep. I just don't like or do, the PMR technique.
