Thanks, Bodhi Ji, for diverging from our usual Fri. evening Theta Meditation class. For me tonight’s session was an exercise in “awareness” of how to be in the present moment, and allow our authentic self to be expressed, freely. It was surely also an opportunity to discover how much of the time we live from the past, and are too concerned about what lies ahead. Powerful exercise!
