"Heal from stress, anxiety, and depression. Plus, boost your mental health with my yoga class! Hi, my name is Sandhya Rao. I'm a certified yoga instructor with two years of yoga teaching experience. At a point in my life, I was experiencing anxiety and stress issues. This was the beginning of my morning yoga session with Baba Ramdev in front of my TV. Soon, I realized that asana is just one limb of yoga, and there's much more to this ancient practice like; Pranayama and Meditation. Over time simple meditation with breathwork began to calm the chaos in my mind & brought me back my ability to focus. It's been fifteen years since I started yoga. Today, yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and Yog Nidra are vital healing forces of my teaching sessions. In my yoga class, you will learn ways to deepen your breath and relax.
