Hi, I'm Shruti Mane. I've been a yoga practitioner ever since I was in middle school. What started as something my mom forced me to do to improve my health, turned into my biggest passion in Life. A series of incidents brought me to a point in my life where I was at my lowest both mentally and physically. That is when I dived deeper into my practice & decided to complete my 200+500hrs TTC from Kaivalyadham. At this point it was only for my own betterment, but as we reached the end of the training I realized this subject makes me the happiest, be it learning or teaching it. I made up my mind that I wanted bring the joy I received in my life to as many people as I possibly could. After this my inclination of diving deeper in the subject brought me to completing a Master's in Yoga Philosophy. Alongside, an important part was that I was introduced to Iyengar Yoga. I have only met the best teachers who helped through my path & achieve my goals. Now my aim is to be that teacher for you.
