I've accomplished a Diploma in Yoga Philosophy and a 900 hours TTC in Yoga from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. I've been teaching yoga for over a decade now. My journey started with the objective of adding movement to my lifestyle and healing from my chronic back pain. Soon yoga helped me attain my physical goals and introduced me to ways of enhancing my emotional health. Today, I firmly believe that Yoga is a way of life and a holistic wellness science for transforming the mind, body, and soul. I teach my students various forms of yoga-like- Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. Plus, all my students feel immensely happy and satisfied after my sessions because I assist them in committing to a holistic healing routine. I have been training with Gomati for almost three years. I try to exercise regularly except for travel days. She patiently works with me, helps me to pick up where I left off, and carefully directs me to improve the challenging postures. I like rigorous training with clear instructions and gradual progression to more difficult exercises. I feel energized and motivated after her class. Thank you, Gomati!!

Excellent session. Gomathi has the perfect way to allow the student to gain confidence and become better at the student's own pace. I am not even aware of how much I have gained until I see the old videos!
