Namaste, my name is Sheena, and I'm a certified yoga teacher from Adhyatma Yoga, Bengaluru. My yoga journey started while looking for physical activity that would not bother my knee injury. To my surprise, yoga did not just stabilize me physically; but it also helped me become mentally more conscious and mindful in life. Since then, I decided to take it forward for life and never looked back. I've been practicing and teaching yoga for more than three years now. Today's Yoga session with our Teacher, Ankit, certainly delivered on its' goal to give us a power-packed flow of strength-building asanas that helped us students not only raise our metabolism with as much exertion as we chose for each posture, and to also practice each pose for 20 counts so that we could find our inner-balance! I felt fit and stronger following this workout! Thanks!

really like this teacher! i really appreciate the time we take to breath. asanas are a great challenge,,sometimes to hard for my joints, but i do my best :)
