Namaste I am a yoga instructor based in Delhi, India. I started my Yoga journey back in 2015, when I had completely different career plan, post my MBA while I was convinced of my choice, the rules of destiny didn’t quite agree. A year or so in the profession, I realized that it wasn’t meant to be. I was a carefree, fearless and vivacious child, but I was molded into a changed version of myself. Not only this I have also suffered lifestyle disorder during that time and that's when I decided to move further in my journey. From then I have been learning from prestigious Institutions in India, I feel blessed that I am fortunate to spent quite some time living in the Ashrams, which not only help me to grow spiritually but also made me more focused towards my practice. From my yoga practice few years back. I have noticed the beautiful mindful relationship between me and my practice began to develop. I Knew I had to share this with others battling the same issues. This self-actualization is what drove me to seek out teaching. I am an old soul, I have always believed that there is more to life than what eyes can see and yoga practice is the same is is not only a Physical practice, it is more about finding your true self. I passionately believe being in present, focused and living in the now and as Swami Vivekananda said “Yoga takes you into the present moment., the only place where life exist, if we actually focus in the present, we can be free from all our worries and yoga teaches us that. My teachings allow students to sink deeper into their Asana poses with- long holds, while remaining open and present to the energy of the subtle body. I strive to create a comfortable environment for my students so that they can discover their true potential. I truly believe that yoga teaching is more about sharing and offering from your own experiences, from both the student and the teacher. So, let's have this bond of sharing. Come and practice with me.

If you have been diagnosed with clinical depression, or have been advised a high dosage of medication, it would be best to avoid this workshop. Also, people with Schizophrenia and severe mental health conditions should avoid this workshop
