What you will learn

This workshop is designed to help students work on their mind and physical body to improve their overall fitness levels. This 30 Day Total Yoga Body and Mind Challenge Workshop will help you:


  • Get on the mat and work on your mind and body everyday
  • Make your physical health a priority
  • Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance 
  • Learn basic yoga poses you can practice every day
  • Learn breathing techniques that can help overcome stress, anxiety and improve overall mental health
  • Understand how you can manage physical pain and mental health through yoga


Who this is for?

This workshop is for both members and non-members of the MyYogaTeacher community who are:

  1. Thinking of starting a regular practice but haven’t found the motivation yet.
  2. Looking to improve their physical strength, flexibility, and balance
  3. Anyone looking to address physical pain 
  4. Looking to address symptoms such as chronic back pain and hormonal imbalance
  5. Trying to address day to day anxiety and depression due to stress
  6. Looking to improve digestion and overall metabolism



Requirements of the workshop:

An open mind with an intention and commitment to show up and work on your overall fitness everyday!


Pre-requisites, if any- 

Mind to learn and focus on this 30 day challenge, comfortable clothing, 3-3.5 hours post meal interval and an anti-slip mat. 



Who should not take this workshop: 


  • This can be done by everyone unless there are any injuries for shoulders or wrists or arms. 
  • Recently undergone surgery


Props needed (General or in specific sessions)= 

  • Dumbbells- 1 or 1.5 kgs (2,2 pounds or 3,3 pounds) , 
  • Yoga belt, 
  • Yoga bricks 
  • Anti slip socks to do postures on the wall. (if you have can be used)
  • A stick or pipe 1 feet taller than their height for yoga postures. (bamboo - if available or lightweight Plumbing pipe) Picture added for an idea.
