As a cordial yoga instructor, I believe in creating a calming aura where the student and teacher can learn from each other. Also, my gentle and intermediate Hatha yoga classes are carefully and creatively designed to incorporate adjustments to suit individuals' goals and needs, including fine balance of strength, balance, flexibility, agility, mindfulness, breathwork,body-mind connection, & relaxation. Hey everyone, this is Shikha. After a decade-plus career in corporate marketing spanning multiple sectors, I chose to become a Yoga teacher and enter the broader health and wellness sector. My yoga journey started as a self-practitioner about ten years ago. The motivation was intensely personal - amidst the chaos and hustle of a corporate career, I was trying to find mental & physical well-being. Having experienced the transformative impact on my health through my regular practice, I underwent 600 + hours of intense professional training to learn yoga's physical, mental and spiritual dimensions. I finally became a full-time, professionally qualified Hatha Yoga teacher.   • Make your physical health a priority
  • Improve your strength and flexibility
  • Learn basic yoga poses you can practice every day
  • Guide you in your next steps on the Fitness Journey



Who this is for:

Any person who wants to make fitness a priority


Requirements of the workshop:

Ensure to take your meal 2 hours prior to the workshop


Pre-requisites, if any

Come with a mindset to be consistent with the practice in these 30 days.


Who should not take this workshop:

This workshop is ideally designed for people who are anywhere between a beginner to intermediate level with their practice. It would be best to avoid this workshop if you have:


  • Recently undergone surgical procedures
  • Spinal injuries
  • Bone injuries



Props needed (General or in specific sessions):

  • Yoga Belt
  • Blocks
