My journey as a yogi has taught me that 'Its not you who chooses yoga, its Yoga that chooses You'. For me it has always been a pathway to a better mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It didn't just reinvent my perspective about what constitutes a healthy body, it also changed how important our inner health is. I believe a fit mind and a fit body is the key to a happier life.

What you will learn

There is a lot of information on the topic of weight loss available all over the internet. There are also numerous books on this topic that anyone can lay their hands on and follow the steps. Fitness influencers on social media post content about different weight loss programs and diets that one can follow, but despite all this information, weight loss is the most commonly researched and misunderstood topic today. 


The challenge is this- there is too much information and it is difficult to cut through the chatter about the different diet trends and the workout programs and figure out something that works for you!


At MyYogaTeacher we have expert instructors and nutritionists who can help you achieve your weight loss goals but to get there, it’s important to build a daily workout routine. So, here’s an opportunity to begin your journey and challenge yourself to build a workout routine! 



This workshop will offer sessions everyday that will help the participants to:


  • Prioritize their physical health
  • Learn asanas that can help with weight loss
  • Build a daily workout routine
  • Understand the basics of a yogic diet

Requirements of the workshop:

Make sure you come with an open mind and are patient enough to go through the sessions



. Pre-requisites, if any:

Anyone who wants to get into a better shape or take charge of their health.



 Props needed (General or in specific sessions):

  • Yoga belt
  • Blocks



Who should not take this workshop:

  • If you have a neurological condition of the spine
  • Abdominal/ uterine hernia
  • Any spinal injuries
  • Any bone injuries
  • Recent surgeries 


People with severe injuries or chronic ailments are required to get prior approval from their physician before joining this workshop
