This is Swati Dalvi, I am an Ayush level 3 (900 hrs) advanced TTC RYT certified yoga, meditation, Pranayam teacher, certified sound healer, certified Nutritionist, certified YIC of MSC Yoga Therapy & holistic experience creator. I have been practicing the authentic (Ashtang & Hatha yog) art of yoga for 10 years and teaching & sharing the knowledge for the last 6 years. I have taught different styles of Yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Therapeutic, Traditional, Restorative, Meditation, Pranayam, Chakra Meditation, Mudras, Mantra chanting, Anxiety, stress & depression management, etc. I also take teacher training courses for RYT courses. I have taught several students in India and outside of India like Japan, Kenya, the US, etc. Before entering into the beautiful world of yoga I dedicated 9+ years working with the animation industry, on projects like Disney, Dreamworks, TV series, and Films.
