Hey, this is Bodhi Abhishek, and I'm a 500-hours certified yoga instructor who lives in the Yoga capital of the world- Rishikesh, India. In this universe, every object has an impact on the other. The full moon as well as the new moon are thought to have an effect on the body and mind to some extent. But practicing pranayama, yoga and meditation can help counter these effects. As the moon is connected to spiritual practices, it is very good to meditate on a full moon day. The rays of the moon affect human beings, animals, plants, water and so on. As our bodies consist of 70% water, the full moon meditation helps the seekers in going inward, transcending the mind, and experiencing the divinity within.

Absolutely anyone who wants to experience the magic power of moon on a Full Moon night, regardless of age or gender.
Requirements of the workshop:
Exposure to moonlight can lead to feelings of awe and peace, along with a greater sense of connection to the universe. If you can’t get outside, find a window that lets you see the moon. Turn off any other lights so moonlight becomes the only source of illumination. Faith and patience are important for the practice of meditation so please do not expect miracles but surely, the peace can be experienced.
Special Note from the Teachers:
If you are not comfortable sitting on the floor, please use a chair that keeps the back erect and feet touching the ground.
Have a glass of water we will charge this water with meditation. So it can heal you deeply.
