A Yin Yoga workshop that will take you through poses to access the 12 main energy Meridians.
This workshop also aims to provide deeper clarity of the energy body for self-practice and for yin teachers as CE hours

Anatomy & Physiology (AP): The physical and energetic bodies – 5 CE Hours
Who this is for?
Yoga practitioners wanting to enhance their personal practice, yoga teachers who want to have a clear map of the meridians to create sequences with confidence
Each session will focus on one element and its meridian pairs. Students will learn to trace the channel and pose sequences and adaptations for each, and acu points of interest
Pre-requisites, if any -
A working knowledge of yoga, even if it’s Hatha
Who should not take this workshop ? -
My attempt is to make yin yoga accessible through variations and options.
If accessing the poses is difficult for any reason, you are most welcome to join this workshop to get a theoretical understanding of the energy meridians. It is a great asset – energy flows where attention goes!
