The goal of asana practice is to establish a tranquil and energized environment in the body so that the mind could be aware and at ease. Untrained and out-of-alignment bodies are less likely to come to rest, or to a condition of equilibrium.

about yoga postures that sit behind their yoga practice, as well as for the experienced yoga practitioners who would like to refresh their technique.
