What you will learn

The goal of asana practice is to establish a tranquil and energized environment in the body so that the mind could be aware and at ease. Untrained and out-of-alignment bodies are less likely to come to rest, or to a condition of equilibrium.


Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for ALL Levels - from beginners who want to learn more

about yoga postures that sit behind their yoga practice, as well as for the experienced yoga practitioners who would like to refresh their technique.


Props Required:

  • Yoga blocks
  • Yoga straps - minimum 10 inch
  • Yoga wheel (optional)
  • Yoga chair (optional)
  • Yoga bolster (optional)
