This course is open to people of all ages and all levels


Requirements of the workshop -


  1. Yoga mat
  2. Foam Roller
  3. Resistance Tube (Low and medium) - TheraBand or resistance band
  4. Dumbbells - 3lbs and 5 lbs

  • How much of exercise is good for joints
  • Steps to take before working out
  • Specific workouts that can lessen joint pain
  • Specific workouts that should be avoided for individuals with joint pain
  • How to manage your muscles and joints after working out
  • Common exercising mistakes to avoid - before, while, and after working out with joint pain
  • Overlooked workout tips that can help to lessen joint pain ....and so much more!


 Pre-requisites, if any -

It is preferable that you join this workshop on an empty stomach, or ensure that you've left a gap of 2-3 hours after your last meal
