We make New Year resolutions and promises that we are going to take better care of ourselves in the upcoming year! To give us big wins right in the first month of the year, our wonderful teacher Rohan Jajodia brings to us a 20 Day Foundation Course to get started on a yoga practice, in a consistent and sequential manner! Learn the basics of what goes in various asanas, breathing techniques, and gradually gift yourself a beautiful habit!
This course is about taking that first step towards a sustainable yoga practice and building a healthy habit.
Step 'Zero' to 'One' is more important than 'One' to 'Hundred'.
In this course, students will start from the basics of Yoga asana, breathing practices and gradually be able to comfortably practice common yoga techniques on their own, as well as slowly build their practice to the next level.
Level: Newbie/ Beginner
Who this is for?
Anybody who wants to start their Yoga journey, learn how to take care of their health, and for those who want to learn the basics of Yoga practice in a sequential manner.
Requirements of the workshop
A yoga mat along with a sprinkle of motivation definitely helps!
